With 19 years of dedicated experience in teaching Pilates, I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to mindful movement. I emphasize the six core principles of Pilates, helping clients appreciate the profound impact of mindful movement on their bodies. My approach fosters a deeper understanding of how the body feels, moves, and adapts through various conditions of time, space, and load.
I received my training from Groundfloor Exercise Studio in NYC and my certification through Pilates Method Alliance.
Since moving to LA, I have become a certified health coach through the Health Coach Institute. I also completed my certification in 2023 as a pre/postnatal pelvic floor specialist.
I empower my clients to explore their bodies and their capabilities, cultivating curiosity and self-awareness. Each session is designed to leave them feeling strong, confident, and more knowledgeable about their physical abilities. My goal is to enhance mobility and promote a lifelong appreciation for movement, ensuring that every individual walks away feeling empowered and ready to embrace their unique journey.
